Oral Presentation:

1. Time limit: a maximum of 15 minutes total, including Q&A. 

2. USB flash drive (memory stick) should be prepared to preload PowerPoint / PDF in the session computers.  Speaker is  required to be in the presentation room for the scheduled presentation session (in case of any change of order or unavailable attendee).

3. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to conference secretary, so it can be already on the presentation laptop before presentation. 

4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with a projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation.

5. Video:  please use video content only if it’s really necessary, as it may not so well accessible for participants during online presentations.


Poster Presentation:

1. Poster Presentation: A0 Size / Portrait Direction.

2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive.

3. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 2 meters apart.

4. Please note that during poster session, authors should  be near their posters and ready for questions from the audience.
